Responsibilities
- Convert specification to survey product
- Convert specification to reporting product
- Key performance indicators will be focused on high quality deliverables that are on time, accurate and built to specification
- Ability to gain an understanding of our application
- Problem investigation of data issues that arise using SQL including data dumps and data massage
- Ability to address ad-hoc work request (trouble tickets etc)
- Ability to respond to emergency tasks such as reporting and survey issues that may arise
- Liaison with all departments
Requirements
- Post secondary degree/diploma
- Fluent English
- Good understanding and/or experience of RDBMS (MSSQL in particular)
- Comfortable with SQL
- Familiar/comfortable in a Windows shop environment
- Experience with Microsoft application software in a Windows 98/2000/XP based network environment
- Ability to provide support and input into future enhancements of IT/Operation systems
- Understanding of XML, HTML and JSP
