It all began at a dining room table in 2001. Four passionate people, lots of coffee, and a vision - to automate the measurement and management of customer loyalty and thereby prevent customer defection.
In other words, help businesses build an intimate relationship with their most important stakeholder – the customer.
Since that fateful night, empathica began and we have seen some rapid and tremendous growth.
