Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Leadership and management of new project implementations, ensuring new projects meet or exceed deadlines and operating standards
  • Project launch communications; project reporting and executive presentations; ongoing account dialogue to drive the use of, and loyalty to, the Empathica system
  • Ensure the system meets or exceeds all operating and functional standards; ensure the system achieves the client's business objectives
  • Ensure that all client and customer issues are resolved in an expedient and satisfactory manner
  • All Empathica team members are required to develop at least one area of expertise and as such are viewed as a company specialist in that specific area. Examples include: graphic design, IVR Set-up, questionnaire development, analysis and interpretation, predictive modeling, etc.


Requirements

  • Business Degree (Marketing, Economics, Management)
  • Some market research experience
  • Previous AM or Project Manager experience
  • Exceptional client relationship skills
  • Ability to multi-task
