Project Manager

Department: Client Services & Program Ops
Location: UK office



Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and managing key client deliverables
  • Create and maintain project plans for new programs
  • Manage internal and external suppliers
  • Commmunicate with client(s) on a daily basis
  • Ongoing analysis of program results via Microsoft Excel
  • Develop strategic insights and present them to key stakeholders during review sessions
  • Perform Systems training for the client and their users
  • Occasional travel will be required


Requirements

  • 3-4 years experience in a project management role
  • University Degree (Business, Economics, Science)
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple programs/projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both creatively and analyticallyk
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Exceptional communication/presentation skills
  • Great attention to detail
