Steve Raher, as Business Development Director for EMEA based in our European headquarters in Birmingham, UK, brings with him a broad business development expertise, passion for and deep understanding of customer experience within leading organisations developed at Empathica as well as in over 5 years’ work for a global mystery shopping agency GAPbuster. As European Managing Director and later as Chief Markets Officer-Global, Steve forged highly successful relationships with many global brands including McDonald’s and Shell.
Steve also has over 20 years marketing experience, latterly as European Marketing Director for Kodak Digital Cameras. Steve has an MA in Marketing from the University of Greenwich.
