Empathica and Pizza Hut have been named finalists at this year’s UK Customer Experience Awards for their outstanding work on the Pizza Hut customer experience. The UK Customer Experience Awards recognise and celebrate the delivery of an outstanding customer experience by companies and organisations who are leaders in their field.
Empathica, leaders in customer experience management (CEM), overcame stiff competition from a record number of entrants this year to be shortlisted with our esteemed client Pizza Hut for the Customer Experience of the Year Award in the category of Leisure and Retail.
Gary Topiol, Empathica’s managing director for EMEA, said, “Being shortlisted for this award is testament to our teamwork with Pizza Hut and our combined commitment to deliver consistently great customer experiences in 700 restaurants across the UK. We’re very proud that our efforts have been recognised by the industry.”
The winners of the UK Customer Experience Awards 2012 will be announced at an Awards Gala at The Grand Connaught Rooms in London on Friday 21 September 2012. For more information about the awards, visit http://www.uk-ce-awards.co.uk/.
We’d like to wish everyone nominated for a UK Customer Experience Award the best of luck – and we look forward to seeing you there at the awards ceremony next week!
